Teddy is the son of a famous movie star and is Adrianna's ex-boyfriend. In the 2nd Season it's revealed that his mother died of Breast Cancer. He grows closer to Silver and later develops feelings for her. He later asks Silver to the Winter Wonderland Dance, and is turned down when Silver says he's a player. He makes a video explaining how he only wants to date Silver asking her to the dance, and once again was turned down. He eventually gets Silver to dance with him at the Winter Wonderland event, as friends. He kisses her, and she is shocked and walks away. At the end of the dance while he is leaving with his sister, he spots Silver and Dixon kissing and is heart broken.
